Luvvel.pk is committed to getting your orders to you quickly and safely. Here's what you can expect when you place an order with us:

Processing Time:

We process orders within 1-2 business days. This means we verify your information, pick and pack your items, and prepare them for shipment.

Shipping Time:

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via our reliable courier service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location in Pakistan, but you can generally expect to receive your order within 7 business days.

Delivery Coverage:

We offer shipping to all locations within Pakistan that can be reached by our courier service. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping rate are flat for all over pakistan.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the courier company's website.

Missed Deliveries:

If you miss your delivery, the courier company may attempt to redeliver the package or leave a notification slip with instructions on how to pick it up from a designated location.

Changes to Your Order:

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order or shipping address once it has been processed.
