Refund policy

Returns:

Luvvel.pk offers a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• In the same condition as you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging)
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at sales@luvvel.pk. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

( Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. )

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at sales@luvvel..pk if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get the desired product is to return your current item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions for return eligibility apply (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase).

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
